Are there any hidden charges?

No, once you register on Pass your Test Online you will have access to the website for the length time you sign up for (a minimum of 4 months for learner drivers, 12 months for driving instructors).

Are my details safe and secure?

Do I have to sign a long term commitment?

No, you only pay a small fee to access the site. If you need a little time longer then no problem just let us know.

Can I cancel or change my account?

Of course you can. You can change your personal details or cancel your account at any time in your profile in the Networking section.

What payment options are accepted?

Payment can be made by most of the popular payment methods such as Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro etc. You can even pay over the phone or via cheque if you prefer by calling accounts on 01204 669566.

Do I need an email address to be able to register?

Yes, you will need an email address to be able to log in to the website. You will also need access to that email address to be able to verify your email account once you have registered.

I can’t find my verification email?

Pass your Test Online automatically sends out a verification email once you have registered. If it hasn’t arrived within 5 minutes of signing up, then it might either have got lost due to you putting the wrong email address down in the login stage or it could be hidden away in your spam folder. Don’t worry, if you can’t find it in your spam then please email admin@passyourtestonline.co.uk with your payment details, telephone number, email address used and we can re send it ASAP and check your email address is correct.

Why do I have a Username if we log in with our email addresses?

We use your email address as part of the log in because it is easy to remember. But we don’t want other users to get hold of your email address without your permission, so we hide it from the other users. You will only be known in the site as your user name?

As a learner Driver can I get a discount to renew after the 4 month expiry period?

The cost for a learner driver to join the website is £6.99 for 4 months access. If you want to extend your access to the site after that period, then you can renew at a reduced cost of £2.99 for a further 2 months.

Can I extend my access?

Yes, 1 week before your registration is about to elapse, you will be emailed and asked if you would like to extend your subscription for a further 2 months. If you do not do anything, then your account will just expire.
